Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

- Remove the steak from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the skirt steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
