  2. Add the Sichuan peppercorns, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the pan. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, Chinese black vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the pan with the cooked pork. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the fresh noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the prepared sauce to the pan with the pork and broth. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Pour the pork and sauce mixture over the noodles.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and crushed peanuts.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
