Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the frog legs in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the dried chilies and Szechuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the frog legs and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  5. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
