Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  9. Serve the shrimp scampi with linguine immediately.
