Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the lemon juice, white wine, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has slightly reduced.
  7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve the shrimp scampi over cooked linguine.
