- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 large, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2 boneless, skinless breasts, sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
