  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the stir fry.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
