Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Clams - 1 pound, cleaned
- Mussels - 1 pound, cleaned
- Scallops - 1 pound
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley and lemon slices.
- Season the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams with salt and pepper.
