  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the wine has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and shrimp.
  8. Serve the Scampi Linguine hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
