Sardenaira
Sardenaira is a traditional Italian dish from Liguria, similar to pizza but topped with tomatoes, olives, anchovies, and sometimes even sardines.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Anchovies - 1/2 cup
- Black olives - 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Pizza dough - 1 pound

- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the sauce.
