  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean and pat dry the stingray fish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sambal sauce, lime juice, salt, and sugar.
  4. Place the stingray fish on the banana leaves and spread the sambal sauce mixture evenly on top.
  5. Grill the stingray fish for about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with sliced cucumber, red chili, and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or as a standalone dish.
