Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the potatoes and place them in a large pot.
  2. Add enough water to the pot to cover the potatoes.
  3. Add the salt to the pot and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Boil the potatoes until they are fork-tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. While the potatoes are boiling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Drain the potatoes and let them dry for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the potatoes with the melted butter for dipping.
