Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.
  5. Add the spinach and green onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, until the spinach wilts.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir in the cooked salmon.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the frittata.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
