Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, grilled salmon, and bacon on two bread slices.
  8. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
  9. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
