Salmon and Rice Bowl
This delicious salmon and rice bowl is a healthy and satisfying meal packed with flavors.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Salmon fillets - 2
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the sauce mixture, reserving some for serving.
