Salmon and Pasta in Cream Sauce

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the cream sauce.
  9. Gently flake the cooked salmon fillets into large chunks and add them to the skillet.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
