Salami and Roasted Red Pepper Sub

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Open the sub rolls and layer the salami, roasted red peppers, and provolone cheese on one side of each roll.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the inside of the top half of each roll.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Close the subs and wrap each one tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sub is heated through.
