Ingredients - Serves 4
- Garlic clove - 1, crushed, for dressing
- Dijon mustard - For dressing
- Red wine vinegar - For dressing
- Olive oil - For dressing
- Anchovy fillets - 8
- Black olives - A handful
- Hard-boiled eggs - 4, quartered
- Small red onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 8, halved
- Small new potatoes - 8
- Green beans - 200 grams
- Fresh tuna steaks - 2
Let's Get Started
- Boil the potatoes and green beans in separate pots until tender. Drain and allow to cool.
- While the vegetables are cooling, grill the tuna steaks to your liking and set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the cooled potatoes and green beans with the tomatoes, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and anchovies.
- To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Top the salad with the grilled tuna steaks and serve.
