  1. Cut the cheese into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Dredge the cheese slices in the flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the cheese slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the cheese from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the fried cheese immediately with lemon wedges and pita bread.
