S'mores Cheesecake

Ingredients - Serves 8

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the cheesecake. Return the cheesecake to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and golden.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set.
  11. Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with broken pieces of chocolate bar.
  12. Slice and serve the delicious S'mores Cheesecake!
