S'mores Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Place one tortilla, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs on top of the tortilla in the skillet.
  5. Place the second tortilla on top, buttered side up.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  7. Carefully flip the burrito and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the second side is golden brown and the marshmallows are melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute.
  9. Cut the burrito in half and serve warm.
