S'mores Breakfast Burrito
This delicious breakfast burrito combines the classic flavors of s'mores into a portable and satisfying morning meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- Marshmallows - 1 cup
- Tortillas - 2 large
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs on top of the tortilla in the skillet.
- Place the second tortilla on top, buttered side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the burrito and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the second side is golden brown and the marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute.
- Cut the burrito in half and serve warm.
