Rosquillas
Rosquillas are traditional Spanish doughnuts. They are typically enjoyed during breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Anise seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Eggs - 2
- Sugar - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

- Fry the doughnuts in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
