Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
These rosemary roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and packed with a lot of flavors.

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 1.5 pounds, cut into 1 inch pieces

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
