Rosemary Garlic Rack of Lamb

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Rack of lamb - 1 (about 2 pounds)

- In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
