  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and water. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  3. Flatten each ball with your palm and add a spoonful of red bean paste in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and roll it into a cylinder shape.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the rice rolls in the boiling water until they float to the surface.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the soybean flour and sugar together.
  6. Roll the cooked rice rolls in the soybean flour mixture until they are fully coated.
  7. Serve the Rolling Donkey warm or at room temperature.
