  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the olive oil mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to get under the skin as well.
  5. Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan, skin side up.
