Roast Beef

- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme - 2 sprigs
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Beef roast - 3 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Rub the beef roast with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
