Red Bean Soup

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Bay leaf - 1
- Celery - 1 stalk, chopped
- Carrot - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Water - 4 cups
- Red beans - 1 cup, soaked overnight
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the soaked beans and place them in a large pot with the water, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and bay leaf.
