Raspberry Lemonade
Refreshing and tangy raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and zesty lemons.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fresh mint leaves - For garnish
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Water - 4 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Lemons - 4
- Raspberries - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, juice of 2 lemons, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any seeds.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of water and stir well.
- Slice the remaining 2 lemons and add them to the pitcher.
- Add the ice cubes and stir again.
- Serve the raspberry lemonade over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
