Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ice cubes - As needed
- Water - 4 cups
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- White vinegar - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, combine the vinegar and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add the mint leaves. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the mint leaves.
- Add the water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Serve the sharbat over ice.
