This classic ramen recipe features a flavorful broth, tender noodles, and a variety of toppings.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Chili oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Nori sheets - 2, shredded
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Chicken breast - 2, cooked and sliced
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
