Rack of Pork
This succulent rack of pork is seasoned with aromatic herbs and roasted to perfection.

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rack of pork - 1 (about 4 pounds)

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
