Rack of Lamb
This elegant rack of lamb is seasoned with herbs and roasted to perfection.

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rack of lamb - 1 (8 chops)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season the rack of lamb with salt and black pepper.
