Rabanadas
Rabanadas is a traditional Portuguese dessert, similar to French toast, usually made during Christmas time.

- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Eggs - 4, beaten
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Stale bread - 1 loaf, sliced
