These protein-packed pancakes are a delicious and healthy breakfast option.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Fresh berries - For serving
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Banana - 1, mashed
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- Protein powder - 1/2 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a blender, combine the protein powder, oats, banana, egg, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
