Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, add the pork loin, chorizo, black pudding, chicken, and beef bone. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  3. Remove the meats from the pot and set aside to cool. Once cool, shred the meats and discard the bones.
  4. In the same pot, add the onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Add the shredded meats back into the pot and stir to combine. Cook for another 30 minutes, or until the flavors are well combined.
  6. Serve the pringá hot with bread on the side.
