Pringá

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 1
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1, chopped
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Beef bone - 1
- Chicken - 500 grams
- Black pudding - 200 grams
- Chorizo - 200 grams
- Pork loin - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, add the pork loin, chorizo, black pudding, chicken, and beef bone. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Remove the meats from the pot and set aside to cool. Once cool, shred the meats and discard the bones.
- In the same pot, add the onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the shredded meats back into the pot and stir to combine. Cook for another 30 minutes, or until the flavors are well combined.
- Serve the pringá hot with bread on the side.
