Prawn Linguine

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  4. Increase the heat to high, add the wine to the pan and let it bubble for a minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to break down.
  5. Drain the linguine and add it to the pan with the tomatoes. Add the prawns back into the pan and toss everything together. Cook for a further 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
