- Prawns - 300g, peeled and deveined
- Frozen peas - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Saffron threads - 1/2 teaspoon
- Rice - 2 cups
- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Chorizo sausage - 200g, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chorizo slices and cook until browned and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the rice, saffron threads, and paprika to the pan. Stir well to coat the rice with the spices.
