Prawn and Chorizo Paella

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chorizo slices and cook until browned and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
