Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are grilling, heat the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, or until they are lightly toasted.
  6. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a tomato slice and an onion slice.
  7. Place a grilled patty on top of the onion, then top with a generous amount of cheese curds.
  8. Pour the hot gravy over the cheese curds, then top with the other half of the bun.
  9. Serve the poutine burgers immediately, with extra napkins on the side.
