Poutine Burger
A delicious fusion of the classic Canadian poutine and a juicy burger. The poutine burger features a juicy beef patty topped with cheese curds and gravy, sandwiched between two soft buns.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Gravy - 1 cup
- Cheese curds - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
