Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Onions

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Apples - 2, cored and sliced
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

- Serve the sliced pork tenderloin with the caramelized apples and onions on top.
