- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Apple cider - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
