Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the pork intestines thoroughly and boil them in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the intestines, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pot, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the intestines to the pot and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add enough water to cover the intestines and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the intestines are tender.
  7. In the meantime, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  8. When the intestines are tender, add the noodles to the pot and stir well to combine.
  9. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with the chopped green onions.
