Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the gyozas and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the water to the skillet, cover, and steam the gyozas until the water has evaporated and the gyozas are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve the gyozas with the dipping sauce.
