- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Pork belly - 2 pounds

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife, making shallow cuts in a crisscross pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork belly, including the scored skin.
