Pork and Bamboo Shoots Stir Fry
This delicious stir fry combines tender pork and crunchy bamboo shoots in a savory sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Green onions - 3, sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Bamboo shoots - 1 can (8 oz), drained and sliced
- Pork tenderloin - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add bamboo shoots and sliced green onions, and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
