Pork and Apple Cider Sauce

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the apple cider, Dijon mustard, honey, and fresh thyme to the skillet.
  7. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
  9. Serve the pork chops with the apple cider sauce.
