Poached Pear and Roquefort Salad

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup, toasted and chopped
- Roquefort cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
- Mixed salad greens - 8 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- White wine - 2 cups
- Pears - 4, peeled
Let's Get Started
