Phat Fak Thong

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Basil leaves - 1/2 cup, torn
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Bird's eye chili - 3, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Pork - 1/2 pound, thinly sliced
- Pumpkin - 1 small, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and chili and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the pork and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the pumpkin and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender.
- Add the basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
