Pepper Crusted New York Strip Steak with Sautéed Broccoli and Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the potatoes with half the olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  2. While the potatoes are roasting, season the steaks with the freshly ground black pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steaks and sear on each side for about 3 minutes, until a crust forms. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add the butter and broccoli. Sauté until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve the steaks with the sautéed broccoli and herb roasted potatoes.
