Pepper Crusted New York Strip Steak with Garlic Green Beans and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the steaks with the freshly ground black pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear on both sides until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer the steaks to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steaks are roasting, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet used for the steaks, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the green beans and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve the steaks with the garlic green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes on the side.
