Ingredients - Serves 4
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Potatoes - 1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - 2 tablespoons, freshly ground
- New york strip steak - 4 steaks
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the steaks with the freshly ground black pepper and salt.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear on both sides until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer the steaks to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- While the steaks are roasting, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the steaks, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the green beans and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve the steaks with the garlic green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes on the side.
