Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft and golden, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to break down, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fish and shrimp and cook until they are just starting to turn opaque, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk, coriander, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the peixada hot, garnished with extra coriander.
